Partner
Oliver helps organisations develop and amplify compelling messaging in support of their brand and purpose. From strategy development to content creation to winning top-tier international media coverage, Oliver is focused on creating impact for clients.
Client experience includes: UNEP FI (leading communications for the UN-convened Net-Zero Asset Owner Alliance); the Global Steering Group for Impact Investment; the International Institute for Sustainable Development, and sustainable investment fintech Earthbanc.
A former journalist, Oliver has written for and edited numerous publications in the areas of business and finance, corporate responsibility, sustainable investment and renewable energy, including Guardian Sustainable Business, the Financial Times Group, Ethical Corporation, and Recharge. He was Editor of pioneering Australian magazine Ethical Investor from 2007 to 2011.
Elsewhere, Oliver has supported climate risk research and campaign group Asset Owners Disclosure Project (AODP) - an NGO that benchmarks institutional investors on their capabilities for managing climate-related financial risk - and international development programme UNCDF CleanStart, which scales energy business models for cleaner, efficient and more effective sources of energy for low-income communities.

At Deep Green Media Jules helps businesses find the opportunities in the transition to a sustainable and low-carbon economy, developing communications strategies and narratives that make a difference to profit, people and planet.
Jules started out as a business journalist with the Financial Times Group before moving into financial PR with Finsbury. He has also held Director level roles at Edelman, social brand specialist agency Headstream, and built environment focused consultancy, BECG.
His work with clients includes - Shell, BT, BBC, Vistry Partnerships, RSA, Ageas, Redrow, Thames Water, FloodRe, Northern Powergrid, Vattenfall, the Environment Agency, and Virgin.
Leela has a background in corporate and financial communications and began her career in TMT corporate banking with BNP Paribas Fortis.
She brings a mix of agency and in-house experience, having worked for global agencies Finsbury, FTI Consulting, Tulchan and most recently in-house with the Singapore Exchange, which plays an important role in leading ESG disclosure and best practices among Singapore’s listed companies.
Past clients with a strong ESG mandate include KKR, Diageo, Standard Chartered and Vodafone, and she has a particular interest in the role of sustainability in today’s capital markets and investment flows.
Leela holds a degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Oxford.
Tess Harris is a communications consultant with nearly a decade’s experience in corporate communications gained both in-house and at leading PR agencies.
Over her career, she has specialised in investment and ESG communications having worked with clients including MSCI, Robeco, Legal & General Investment Management, Ninety One, the LPP, Railpen and CDP (Carbon Disclosure Project).
Before starting her freelance career, Tess held roles at PR agencies including FTI Consulting, MHP Communications and Hill & Knowlton, as well as the environmental NGO, CDP, where she worked as their Investor Communications Manager.
Tess now consults for clients in the nexus of investment and the environment, supporting on a wide range of communications needs. This includes strategy, planning and messaging, campaigns and launches, website development and management, social media strategy and implementation, media relations, internal and direct communications, content development, copyrighting and speech writing. Tess graduated from Nottingham University with a first-class degree in English Literature.
New York-based Dmitriy is a financial communications professional with an expertise in all things ESG, impact investing and sustainable finance.
He has worked with firms from across the financial services ecosystem, including asset managers, institutional investors and consultants, thinktanks, non-profits and other intermediaries and B2B firms.
Dmitriy is the CEO & Founder at 17 Communications, which is committed to catalyzing the flow of capital towards sustainability and impact-oriented investments and solutions through a combination of communications, advocacy, research and education.
Spain-based Amélia Arnoult is a trilingual (French, English, Spanish) international communications consultant supporting corporates, institutions, foundations, and NGOs to elevate their visibility, raise awareness and mobilise their audiences and stakeholders towards positive social and environmental impact. Currently supporting the Club of Rome, previous clients include UNICEF in Uruguay and Guatemala and Brussels-based Regions4, the voice of regional governments in the global agendas of climate change, biodiversity and sustainable development.
